This layout was created from CM Travel Picfolio kit that I had leftover from putting my Hawaii album together 2 years ago.  This kit goes well with CM Jewel Power Pallet, which is what the blue paper comes from.  I have so much of the decorative die-cuts that I wanted to use up.  I want more of the layer look but not so busy because I have quite a bit of journal to put on the page.  Also I had to cover up the CITY die-cut under the photo because it was taking away the attention of the Twin Tower, but since I need the blue to go on the page so that the layout goes together.
